As the Hohe Salve is similar in shape to Mount Tabor in Israel, which is known as the place of the transfiguration of Jesus Christ, a holy mass is celebrated today in the Salvenkirchlein on the top of Mount Hohe Salve. The music will be provided by the brass band from Brixen. Everyone is cordially invited to take part.
