The Association of Cheese and Dairy Professionals, an association of Austrian and European cheese experts, is organising the 18th international "Käsiade" cheese festival. The Käsiade is a competition of cheese-making and dairy specialists from Ausria and abroad who have their cheese judged by an international jury. Special emphasis is placed on the taste and the texture of the product.
