A farm and a farmshop in the heart of the town
A diverse mix of different dairy products, herbs and spices, creams and tinctures as well as juices and also liqueurs are sold directly at the farm.
The hay-milk cheese "Rustika", a kind of Tilsiter with approx. 45%, matures in our vaulted cellar under ideal conditions.
Our dairy products include: raw milk grey cheese (0.1% fat), semi-hard cheese, hay-milk cheese "Rustika", butter, buttermilk, plain yoghurt, curd cheese.
Apart from the dairy products we also sell: dried porcini mushrooms, herbal salt,soup spices, fruit spreads, liqueurs, pickled garlic, pickled vegetables, marigold cream,arnica tincture, various fruit juices.
Every Friday we serve fresh homemade bread.
Gift baskets are available on order, individually according to your wishes.
Where can you get the regional products?
The self-service directly at Unterkrumbacherhof range includes raw milk, plain yoghurt, hay-milk cheese, grey cheese and much more.
Open daily from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
