In the basement of the Maurerhof farm there is a dairy and a maturity room 

The Schipflinger family produces delicious cheese specialities from high-quality alpine hay milk, the  "Maurer Loabei" and the  "Bergkäse".

Which homemade products can you buy at Maurerhof farm?
Cheese, milk, eggs, yoghurt, curd, bacon, pasta (not made on the farm)
Depending on the season on offer: Easter bakeries, Christmas cookies, fruit bread, gingerbread, almonds and much more

Fresh bread is being offered at the weekend

When and where can you buy these delicacies?
Directly at the Maurerhof self-service shop in Itter, 7 days a week, in summer/fall from 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. and in spring/winter from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
