There the Itter peasant women are preparing the traditional Christmas noodles from scratch. Warm up with some punch or mulled wine, before continuing your way along the torches.
A special highlight awaits little visitors at the parking lot by the swimming pool: Llamas and alpacas are waiting there to meet, pet and take on a walk.
The last station by the Christmas trail is located at Schusterhof B&B. There you can enjoy some warm, pressed dumpling soup and sample the home-made cinnamon parfait as a sweet temptation. Return back to the village across the snow-covered field.
At the various stations, the wind players from the Itter brass band strike up tunes for a festive, musical setting. Entry to the Christmas trail is free.
