In winter, the ski piste runs right by the house - so strap on your skis in front of the door and off you go. Depending on the weather, snow chains may be required in winter.The terrace, the garden, the spa area with a sauna and a relaxation room invite our guests to feel comfortable and at ease.

In the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps, our holiday home Ossanna offers on 200 m2 4 bedrooms (2 double, 2 double + bunkbeds) with wooden flooring , 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms, 1 children’s playroom. Our kitchen is fully equipped incl. electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc. The cosy dining/living area grants access to a balcony. The whole house is supplied with water from our own private spring. Rest and recreation can be enjoyed in the sauna and relaxation area.
