Our small private rental is located in the heart of the beautiful and quiet village centre of Itter In winter, the ski bus stop and the cross-country ski trail are just a few minutes' walk from the house In summer, you can set off on beautiful hiking and cycling tours directly from the front door The public swimming pool in Itter is just a short walk from our house.

The region Hohe Salve in the Kitzbüheler Alpen hosts one of the largest and most modern ski resorts in the world, the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental, where skiing holidays in winter are packed with fun and action.
