In winter, you can reach the entrance to the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental ski area via the Salvistabahn Itter, which is only a few minutes away by car or free with the ski bus.

In the nearby area, there is the RITTER playground for children, a fitness meadow for young and old, the outdoor swimming pool Itter, a cross-country skiing track in good snow conditions, and many other sights and attractions for your relaxing holiday.

Region Hohe Salve

The region Hohe Salve in the Kitzbüheler Alpen hosts one of the largest and most modern ski resorts in the world, the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental, where skiing holidays in winter are packed with fun and action. In summer, the hiking area in and around Hopfgarten im Brixental extends from the Adlerweg trail on Buchacker mountain via the adventure mountain Hohe Salve to the Torhelm, the highest peak in the Kitzbüheler Alpen.
