Find pure relaxation in our quietly situated apartments, built in 2019, in Itter. Thanks to the ideal location of our house, the apartments are the perfect starting point for enjoying nature in summer just as much as in winter. If you stay with us you can grant your car a break too. It is only a 5-minute walk to the village centre and the small grocery. In case of sufficient snow, the cross-country ski trail is right in front of the door. The ski bus stop is only a few metres from the house. From there you can reach without problems our ski area SkiWelt Wilder-Kaiser Brixental with 288km of pistes and 90 lifts. In summer you can set off on many cycling and hiking tours from our house directly. On hot summer days you find refreshment in the public outdoor swimming pool nearby. The popular mountain adventure park „Hexenwasser“ as well as some of the filming locations of the successful German TV show „Bergdoktor“ in Ellmau and Going am Wilden Kaiser can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Region Hohe Salve

The region Hohe Salve in the Kitzbüheler Alpen hosts one of the largest and most modern ski resorts in the world, the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental, where skiing holidays in winter are packed with fun and action. In summer, the hiking area in and around Hopfgarten im Brixental extends from the Adlerweg trail on Buchacker mountain via the adventure mountain Hohe Salve to the Torhelm, the highest peak in the Kitzbüheler Alpen. Be it spring, summer, autumn or winter – in the Kitzbüheler Alpen you find boundless possibilities for leisure time activities such as skiing, cross-country skiing, winter rambling, cycling, hiking, swimming, and many others. Our holiday flat Wilder Kaiser is situated on the ground floor and comprises a spacious kitchen-living room with a dining area and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, coffeemaker, electric kettle, stove, oven, etc.) The bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable sofabed ensure a good night’s sleep for up to 4 people. The bathroom offers a shower and towel dryer, the toilet is separate. Bedding and towels are included in the rate. The lockable ski storage is in the basement. A private garden area (accessible via an ooutdoor staircase and located on the level of the basement floor) invites you to chill and take a break from everyday life. Free Wi-Fi all over the house

Arrival description

Take the A12 motorway exit Wörgl Ost and drive in the direction of Brixental-St. Johann. At the bypass in Bruckhäusl, drive through the underpass in the direction of Söll. Turn right at the junction leading to Itter. After about 1 km take a sharp left turn (before the fire station). Then take the next road on your right. Your holiday home Ferienwohnung Treichl lies on the right side (it is the house before the last one in this road).
