Accommodation information

Spacious 3-room apartment right next to our organic farm. Peaceful location at Penningberg with amazing views of the mountains Wilder Kaiser and Hohe Salve as well as of the Brixental valley. There are lots of hiking options. It takes only 15 minutes to the valley station of the mountain railway, 10 minutes to the Haagalm toboggan run, and only 5 minutes to the inn Gasthof Leamwirt. Cross-country ski trail nearby. There is a small playground for our smallest guests. Since we are situated at the end of the road, there is hardly any traffic.

Region Hohe Salve

The region Hohe Salve in the Kitzbüheler Alpen hosts one of the largest and most modern ski resorts in the world, the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental, where skiing holidays in winter are packed with fun and action. In summer, the hiking area in and around Hopfgarten im Brixental extends from the Adlerweg trail on Buchacker mountain via the adventure mountain Hohe Salve to the Torhelm, the highest peak in the Kitzbüheler Alpen. Be it spring, summer, autumn or winter – in the Kitzbüheler Alpen you find boundless possibilities for leisure time activities such as skiing, cross-country skiing, winter rambling, cycling, hiking, swimming, and many others.
