Our house is situated on a high plateau at approx. 830m above sea level in a very sunny and peaceful open area and is surrounded by breath-taking mountains. Free ski bus (SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental), an inn and a riding stable are close by (ca.50m) The cross-country ski trail (skating & classic), hiking & cycling trails directily from the house as well as an exciting natural toboggan run delight our guests again and again.
Direct access to the KAT Bike is also possible in front of the house.

The region Hohe Salve in the Kitzbüheler Alpen hosts one of the largest and most modern ski resorts in the world, the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental, where skiing holidays in winter are packed with fun and action. Directions: From Wörgl to Hopfgarten, then under the railway underpass straight ahead over the bridge and left towards Kelchsau. After approx. 50 m right uphill to Penningberg. Turn right at the inn Gasthof Leamwirt.
