Our new Bergzeit flat awaits you in the middle of the Kitzbühel Alps at the beginning of the Penningberg. In just a few minutes' drive you can reach the centre of the market town of Hopfgarten im Brixental and the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental. A ski bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity of our house. You can also reach hiking trails directly from our flat.

The approx. 50 m² flat is located in our detached house built in 2021 with separate entrance and terrace.
Enjoy your holiday in the fantastic nature of the Alps, with a unique view of the Hohe Salve and the mountains of the Kitzbühel Alps.

Region Hohe Salve

The region Hohe Salve in the Kitzbüheler Alpen hosts one of the largest and most modern ski resorts in the world, the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental, where skiing holidays in winter are packed with fun and action. In summer, the hiking area in and around Hopfgarten im Brixental extends from the Adlerweg trail on Buchacker mountain via the adventure mountain Hohe Salve to the Torhelm, the highest peak in the Kitzbüheler Alpen. Be it spring, summer, autumn or winter – in the Kitzbüheler Alpen you find boundless possibilities for leisure time activities such as skiing, cross-country skiing, winter rambling, cycling, hiking, swimming, and many others. Our cosy flat has a large garden and a fantastic view of the Hohe Salve and the surrounding mountains. The approx. 50m² holiday flat has a bedroom with TV, a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a seating area and a sofa bed (140x200), a bathroom with rain shower, a small storage room and a separate WC. Directly adjacent to the living area is a spacious terrace with a fantastic view of the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental. Up to four people can stay with us. Our flat is a non-smoking flat. Furthermore, a free parking space is at your disposal.
