On our centrally located farm "Hofbauer" as well as in the neighbouring "Haus Barbara" you will find relaxation in the pirturesque village of Itter, situated on a sunny plateau in the Kitzbühel Alps.
2 cosy apartments at the Hofbauer farm and 2 additional spacious aparments at Haus Barbara invite you to stay, unwind and relax.

The ski bus stop, cross-country ski trail as well as a grocery store/bakery are right next to your holiday accommodation. A playground with a swing, trampoline, ping-pong and more make children's hearts leap with joy in summer.
There are animals on the farm all year long - cows, young cows, horses, cats, rabbits, ducks, chicken, and others.
