Our 55 m2 apartment lies in the village centre of Kirchbichl. The flat was fully renovated in 2020. Close by you find a bakery and an inn (Schrolltenne), shopping facilities can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The bus stop for the free ski bus is about 150m from the house. The ski and hiking area SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental can be reached in 10 minutes by car.

Our 55m2 apartment has a bedroom and a living room with an open kitchen and a dining area for 4 persons as well as a bathroom with shower/ WC, wash-dryer and towel dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and everything else you need. The flat can accommodate up to four persons (bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room). The living room and the bedroom both have Smart TV sets - including sat reception in the living room. Free Wi-Fi (4G). Bed linen and towels are provided.
The apartment has a large balcony which is accessible from the living room and the bedroom. Car parking spaces available. Our flat is a non-smoking aparment. No pets allowed.
