The mountains in Brixental Valley really are variety-packed. There are so many opportunities when it comes to things to do, and so many options too to feast your way through the mountains and Alpine pasture areas. Ride your mountain bike or E-bike on one of the many panoramic routes and stop-off at one of the many family-managed mountain guesthouses; hike through the southern lateral valleys in Brixental and in a traditional Alpine lodge enjoy some typical, home-made Alpine produce, such as bacon and cheese; or enjoy the comfort of the gondola with all the family and head up the mountains and eat your way through the regional menus. A refreshment stop in the mountains in the Kitzbühel Alps is possible virtually everywhere.

The majority of the mountain lodges are accessible on foot or by mountain bike
In many cases, gondolas and lifts make your "arrival” easier
Please note that there are special opening hours in the mountains
In winter significantly more mountain lodges are open than in the summer
The cosiness in the Alpine lodges and inns invites you to come and "sit for while". Get information in plenty of time about the latest possible journeys back to the valley, to ensure you don’t miss the last lift.
