Experience pure biking pleasure and expand your basic knowledge to safely navigate varied trails. On our basic bike tour, we rely on the principle of "learning by doing" so that you learn directly in practice. The practice programme at the Sonnenrast bike area provides the ideal setting to improve your skills and get the most out of your bike experience.

- Fully intact and functional mountain bike or e-mountain bike
- functional brakes and gears, charged battery
- No city or touring bikes!
- Helmet and gloves, spare inner tube for the guided tours.
- For the trail tours we recommend additional protection for knees and elbows.
