For the 24th time, the popular Alpenrosenfest is held in the village centre of Westendorf in 2024. The village festival is an annual top-event with locals and guests. The reason for this is surely the distinct ambience of the festival, which can only develop because it is held as an open-air festival in the village centre.
The Alpine Rose Festival is an experience for young as well as older people, which you should definitely not miss out on. 
The Westendorf village centre transforms into a nice festival for everyone. 
There is also plenty on offer for children during the festival, even a climbing tower is set up. There, children can show what they’ve got. 
At the Alpine Rose Festival in Westendorf there are culinary treats such as "Brodakropfn" fritters, roasted almonds or grilled chicken to enjoy. 
Various bands show off their skills at the festival and fire up the audience. 
At the annual Westendorf village festival, plenty of fun and action is waiting for children. 
Locals as well as guests visit this event every year and enjoy the casual ambience.
From 14:00 numerous Westendorf clubs and associations dish up culinary treats.
A cup of coffee with home-made cake and pies or a glass of summer-spritzer as a thirst quencher.
In the evening, the enticing scents of grilled chicken, bratwurst or traditional Brodakrapfen fritters – a Brixental Valley speciality – waft across the village square. Best matched with a freshly poured cold beer.
From 17:30 several bands ensure good vibes. Be it folksy or modern, there is something for everyone!
The little guests are also particularly catered for – bouncy castle, giant soap bubbles, face painting or the climbing tower by the mountain rescue ensure boredom doesn’t stand a chance.
