Thinking of the aroma of freshly baked Kaiserschmarrn - a culinary experience? Now you can experience it! In a workshop at its finest with the official Kaiserschmarrn Empress in Austria: Tamara Lerchner
Your senses will be awakened when she reveals her secret knowledge: How to make the perfect fluffy Kaiserschmarrn? This sweet sin recipe will make you the star of every party.
But be warned, once you've tried it, you'll be in the sights of all those who appreciate good food and can't resist this Austrian pastry! Now you have the chance to embark on an extraordinary journey in this workshop. Together we will prepare this sweet sin, share the secret of the fluffiest flavour and savour this delight together. Each of you will shine!
Information about the event:
- Meeting point: Thursday 09:45 am at the seminar hut at Filzalmsee Hochbrixen
- Registration: by 17:00 the day before at the information offices or online
- Cost: € 25.00 per person (lift ticket not included)
- Payment: Cash payment directly at the tourist office in Brixen im Thale - or in cash at the seminar hut at Filzalmsee Hochbrixen
- When participating, show the booking confirmation before the start of the workshop
- Duration: approx. 1 hour
- Participants: at least 2 people / from 12 years
- The workshop is held in German.
In case of an emergency: We always assume that the courses will take place as planned. You will only be notified if the Kaiserschmarrn workshop has to be shortened or cancelled due to a lack of participants. Course fees already paid will of course be refunded in full.

The journey is possible with the Hochbrixen gondola lift.
Personal tip: Take the Hochbrixen gondola lift up to the mountain station and hike 10 minutes to the hut or ski 5 minutes. A relaxed journey with a view of the fascinating mountain world. Afterwards you have the option of continuing on skis and enjoying the day on the pistes or in a mountain hut. Or you can take a winter walk amidst the beautiful mountain scenery.
