Welcome to Schwaigermühle!

Our Schwaigermühle is a tradition-conscious family business that looks back on over 430 years of history. In 2024, it was lovingly renovated and newly constructed. Five apartments with 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms and 1 holiday home have been created.

The harmony of well-equipped, modern apartments and the unique historical background, which has been lovingly preserved, invites you to feel at home. The apartments are either located in the completely renovated main building, which is over 430 years old, or in the newly built wooden house with walls made of untreated visible wood. The house Weindiele impresses with its open, spacious design. - A vacation with special charm

Schwaigermühle is just a 2-minute walk from the town center and thus from the ski bus, situated in a small side street directly by the Aschauer Ache - the ideal starting point for various activities as well as to enjoy tranquility.

Region Brixental

The three villages of Brixen im Thale, Kirchberg and Westendorf are worth a visit at any time of year. Winter convinces with over 500 kilometres of slopes in the two ski areas KitzSki and SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental. In the summer months, countless hiking and cycling trails lead you to the most beautiful places in the region and make your heart beat faster. In spring, the meadows blossom in the most colourful colours and the quiet days invite you to recharge your batteries. Perfect conditions for all kinds of activities can be experienced in the golden autumn - lots of sun, pleasant temperatures and colourful forests make the whole Brixen valley glow. Decide for yourself which season is the most beautiful for you in the Brixental! Tip: With the guest card you can travel free of charge by bus and train and discover the most beautiful places in the Kitzbühel Alps.

Familie Friedl mit Stephan, Barbara und Johannes heißt euch herzlich in der Schwaigermühle willkommen!

Die Schwaigermühle ist ein traditionsbewusster Familienbetrieb, den Stephan 2024 von seinem Patenonkel übernommen und renoviert bzw neu gebaut hat. Als gelernter Zimmererpolier führte Stephan viele Arbeiten mit bestem fachlichen Wissen und Können selbst aus und hat die Schwaigermühle mit viel eigenem Einsatz, Hingabe und Liebe zum Detail und der Tradition saniert bzw. neu errichtet.
