Comfortable holiday apartment in a quiet, sunny location surrounded by the Kitzbüheler Alpen in Tyrol. Every sleeping room has its own bath room (Shower/WC/Wash basin/Hair dryer), only quality beds (no sleeping coaches). Cosy living room with fully equipped kitchen.

Just a few minutes’ walk to the village centre, bathing lake, sports facilities and children’s playground. The ski bus stops 200 m from our house and takes you directly to access the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental. Relax in the evenings in our sauna, steam bath, Physiotherm infrared cabin and Long chair, and solarium. Clothes and boot dryer available. Spend a pleasant summer evening in our nice garden. Region Brixental

The three villages of Brixen im Thale, Kirchberg and Westendorf are worth a visit at any time of year. Winter convinces with over 500 kilometres of slopes in the two ski areas KitzSki and SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental. In the summer months, countless hiking and cycling trails lead you to the most beautiful places in the region and make your heart beat faster. In spring, the meadows blossom in the most colourful colours and the quiet days invite you to recharge your batteries. Perfect conditions for all kinds of activities can be experienced in the golden autumn - lots of sun, pleasant temperatures and colourful forests make the whole Brixen valley glow.
