Goed leven op de oude Zinting Erbhof.

Rustige ligging op de Sonnberg, fantastisch uitzicht op de omliggende bergen, startpunt voor vele wandelingen, dicht bij het dalstation van de nieuwe Jochbahn (skilift van de SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental). De piste is slechts 300 meter verderop.

2 gezellige salons met tegelkachel, groot zonneterras, speeltuin voor de kleintjes.

5 kamers met douche/WC. Tafeltennis buiten en binnen, skischoendroger, speelzaal, WLan en infraroodcabine.
