Our beautiful, cozy, and organically managed farm is located in Aschau near Kirchberg. The magnificent view of the Kitzbüheler Alps and the very quiet location guarantee you relaxation from stress and hustle.
Start your ski day directly from the accommodation - in just a few minutes, you can reach two different ski areas. The Ki-West gondola lift, which is about 200 m away, takes you directly into the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental. By car or bus (every 15 minutes), you can reach the Pengelstein gondola lift in about 5 minutes, which allows you to enter the Kitzbühel/Kirchberg ski area.

Enjoy our location from May to October as well, for extensive hiking, cycling, e-biking, or mountain biking in the Kitzbüheler Alps.

Region Brixental

The three villages of Brixen im Thale, Kirchberg and Westendorf are worth a visit at any time of year. Winter convinces with over 500 kilometres of slopes in the two ski areas KitzSki and SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental. In the summer months, countless hiking and cycling trails lead you to the most beautiful places in the region and make your heart beat faster. In spring, the meadows blossom in the most colourful colours and the quiet days invite you to recharge your batteries. Perfect conditions for all kinds of activities can be experienced in the golden autumn - lots of sun, pleasant temperatures and colourful forests make the whole Brixen valley glow. Decide for yourself which season is the most beautiful for you in the Brixental! Tip: With the guest card you can travel free of charge by bus and train and discover the most beautiful places in the Kitzbühel Alps.
