1st floor, approx. 46m², completely new and exclusively furnished. Double bedroom, living/kitchen area with sofa bed, shower/WC, 2 x balconies, cable TV in all rooms. The apartment is equipped with WiFi (free of charge), flat-screen TV with DVD player and a washing machine. There’s a large living room, large kitchen with an oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. There’s a dining area and a large corner couch (which also provides sleeping accommodation for 2 persons). The bedroom has a double bed and large wardrobe while the bathroom has a wash basin, shower and WC. Two balconies provide beautiful panoramic views.
