Meditation for clarity and inner peace

Start the morning with intention and lay the foundation for a wonderful day. In this very special location, amidst a 900-year-old castle ruin, you will practice various meditation techniques together with meditation leader Ann-Kathrin Steiner. Breathing exercises help strengthen positive thoughts, a clear mind, and a loving heart. The meditation is suitable for everyone aged 12 and above – both for experienced meditators and for beginners who want to try something new.

Meeting place: Engelsberg ruin in Hopfgarten
Tip: parking available at Salvenaland, Kelchsauer Str. 27, 6361 Hopfgarten
From there, a 30-minute easy hiking trail leads to the castle ruin
Registration: until 4 p.m. the day before online or in the tourist information offices of the Region Hohe Salve
Equipment: comfortable sportswear (yoga mats will be provided)
Costs with Kitzbüheler Alpen guest card: € 10.00 per person
Costs without Kitzbüheler Alpen guest card: € 15.00 per person
Duration: approx. 30 minutes (excl. way to and back to the meditation place)
