Grilling burgers with vice grill master Daniel Samselnig at Hirschberg!
Happiness is as individual and diverse as each of us. At our next ‘My Yapadu’ impulse ‘Culinary Happiness’, Daniel Samselnig (vice grill world champion and chef at Alpengasthof Hirschberg in St. Johann) will tell us why grilling and cooking makes him so happy and prepare burgers with us with a wonderful view of the Wilder Kaiser. After the event, the happiness and the sunset can be enjoyed individually on the terrace.
Programme
- 17:30: Welcome and reception with welcome drink and ‘Greetings from the grill kitchen’
- Joint burger barbecue with runner-up barbecue world champion Daniel Samselnig
- from 19:30: cosy finale with a dream backdrop and sunset
A small contribution towards expenses of € 15.00 per person is charged for participation in the event. The TVB Kitzbüheler Alpen St. Johann in Tirol invites you to the first drink and the remaining fees for the impulse. Costs for further drinks or food ordered are to be borne by the participant.
The ‘Culinary Happiness’ impulse takes place in all weathers. The content of the programme varies slightly depending on the weather.
