The starting point is the Spertental Kneipp facility in Aschau. From here, the new hiking trail leads into the Unterer Grund. The waterfall on the right and the Falkenstein cliffs on the left provide insights into the beauty of this unique natural landscape, which is also designated as a nature reserve. We pass the Hintenbachalm, where the "Kasplatzl" show dairy encourages you to linger for a while. Here, the dairyman offers guided tours and afterwards exquisite cheese samples await you. Then we continue straight ahead on the slightly ascending trail. Past the Labalm junction, we go deeper into the valley and reach the Karalm. A barrier is followed by a bridge, where the trail leads up to the right to the Stockeralm and the Angereralm. Shortly before the Haglangeralm, serpentine bends lead downhill to the well-deserved reward of a stop at the Labalm. From the Labalm, you return to Aschau via the Hintenbachalm on the road.
