Apartment, shower and bath, toilet, 1 bed room
The newly built apartment "Tenn" is bookable from Winter 2018. It is located on the upper floor of Berghof Rantsch's old hay barn (known as the Tenn). The sauna area is below the apartment, on the ground floor of the Tenn, which has been converted into living space. The apartment Tenn has approx. 50 m² and a 15 m² terrace, with a magnificent view of the Brixen valley, into the Windau valley and of the surrounding mountains of the Kitzbühel Alps, not forgetting of course our alpacas.
The apartment consists of a kitchen/living room with a panoramic window, from where you can also reach the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped. In the living room there is a dining table, TV and access to the bathroom/WC. The bathroom/WC is equipped with shower, bathtub and a washbasin. In the bedroom there is a double bed and under the cool sloping roof there is a smaller bed for children.
Occupancy: 2 adults and two children, or three adults.
It is possible to rent an extra room with a double bed. This additional room is located below the apartment "Tenn" on the ground floor, directly adjacent to the sauna area. The extra room offers space for two adults and is equipped with a washbasin and TV. The sauna area's shower and toilet facilities are only a few steps away and can be shared.
