The cozy Alpine-style apartment is peacefully situated yet centrally located. Behind the house, the Aschaucher Ache rushes by, and you can walk directly along the river to the center of Kirchberg. By car, Kirchberg is 4 minutes away and Kitzbühel is 12 minutes away. Gaisberg is 2 minutes away, where regular night tobogganing events take place.
The ski/local bus is within easy walking distance and runs regularly to the hiking and skiing areas. Skis and bicycles can be stored in the house. Private parking is available right outside the door.
The apartment features authentic old wood in all rooms, a cozy seating area, two balconies, with the larger one offering a beautiful view of Rettenstein with evening sun. In addition to the spacious bedroom, the sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 more people.
