A fully equipped kitchen, a cozy sitting area, a spacious south-facing balcony, 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms make this house in combination with the convenient location the perfect place to stay in both winter and summer. The ski bus stops in front of the door and can be used free of charge on presentation of your ski pass. On foot it is about 10 minutes to the Gondola. Large supermarket (Billa) at 200m from the house, nice restaurants within walking distance and free parking space in the parking garage under the house.

The three villages of Brixen im Thale, Kirchberg and Westendorf are worth a visit at any time of year. Winter convinces with over 500 kilometres of slopes in the two ski areas KitzSki and SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental. In the summer months, countless hiking and cycling trails lead you to the most beautiful places in the region and make your heart beat faster. In spring, the meadows blossom in the most colourful colours and the quiet days invite you to recharge your batteries. Perfect conditions for all kinds of activities can be experienced in the golden autumn - lots of sun, pleasant temperatures and colourful forests make the whole Brixen valley glow. Tip: With the guest card you can travel free of charge by bus and train and discover the most beautiful places in the Kitzbühel Alps.

Ich bin Hilda, ein echter Familienmensch durch und durch. Geboren und aufgewachsen bin ich in den wunderschönen Niederlanden. Seit über 10 Jahren wohne ich nun in der Marktgemeinde Hopfgarten wo ich gemeinsam mit meinem Mann Alois und unseren beiden Kindern einen Bauernhof mit Ferienwohnungen führe.

Meine niederländische Herkunft prägt nicht nur mein Leben, sondern auch meine Werte und meinen Alltag. Ich liebe es, neue Leute kennenzulernen, Geschichten zu teilen und eine heimelige, einladende Atmosphäre für Ihren Urlaub zu schaffen.

Neben meiner Familie bin ich eine leidenschaftliche Skifahrerin und liebe es die Pisten hinunterzuwedeln zu wandern und all die dazugehörigen Outdoor-Aktivitäten zu erleben. Es gibt nichts Schöneres, als die frische Luft zu genießen und die Natur in ihrer ganzen Pracht zu erleben
