Our house is located in a quiet area in Brixen im Thale, just a 10-minute walk from the center and 12 km from the famous Kitzbühel. The recreational facility with a swimming lake, swimming pool, football field, tennis court, and much more is in the immediate vicinity. You can barbecue on your own terrace and spend cozy hours. Furthermore, our house is a perfect starting point for bike tours and walks. The snow-covered valley descent Kandler with direct access to the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental, as well as the network of cross-country ski trails and winter hiking paths, are only a few meters away.

The three villages of Brixen im Thale, Kirchberg and Westendorf are worth a visit at any time of year. Winter convinces with over 500 kilometres of slopes in the two ski areas KitzSki and SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental. In the summer months, countless hiking and cycling trails lead you to the most beautiful places in the region and make your heart beat faster. In spring, the meadows blossom in the most colourful colours and the quiet days invite you to recharge your batteries.
