The resort is located on Sportplatzweg, so in absolute quiet location yet only minutes from the center. In summer the house is conveniently located for walks which begin behind the house already. They run to the lake only 5 minutes. The Fleckalmbahn is keeping up on foot in 15 minutes or by ski bus station 1.
